March 2019: Ryan O’Neill, Warehouse Manager

Ryan celebrates his 8-year anniversary at Digital Dog Direct this month. As Warehouse Manager, Ryan is responsible for transporting our clients’ direct mail projects to the Post Office or directly to the client. He looks after DDD’s inventory and stock, manages our shipping and receiving, and even doubles as our resident handyman when needed. He is a self-motivated worker and his colleagues can always count on him for help. His favorite thing about working here is his friendship and camaraderie with his coworkers. In his spare time, he likes working on cars, photography, playing guitar, and spending time with his girlfriend and 5-year-old son.

October 2018: Debi Lippincott, Variable Data Programmer

Debi joined Digital Dog Direct in April 2018 and has been a true asset when it comes to print work. She went to Middle Bucks Institute of Technology in Jamison, PA, where she learned commercial art and design. She has been working in the field ever since, including 17 years in print, mail, and design. Debi is still involved with the Institute, working as an advisor and providing the students with insight on current industry trends. She also spends a lot of time with family, reading, and thrifting. Our favorite secret talent of Debi’s is her awesome baking ability!

May 2018: John Bowman, Production Mechanic

John Bowman has been working at Digital Dog Direct since May 2016. As Production Mechanic, he repairs, maintains, and makes sure everything is running smoothly in the production department. His vast experience (he’s been working on machines for 37 years!), started when he was 15 at a school work program. Even still, John finds that every day has its own challenges, keeping him on his toes to always find the best solutions. Thanks to John, we’re able to be more efficient in production and ultimately for our clients.

Outside of work, John and his wife are huge animal advocates. They donate to a variety of animal shelters (including Paws Rescue and Wags Rescue) and are currently fostering 16 animals! In addition to their 3-year-old boxer/lab mix named Zuri, they have a Flemish giant bunny (really big!) named BruceWillis. He even has his own Instagram page: @BruceWillisBB.

October 2017: Doug Hyatt, Bindery Technician

Doug has been in the printing and mailing industry for over 30 years, starting his first job at LaSalle College in the press and mail room. At Digital Dog Direct, he enjoys being a jack of all trades, keeping busy by keeping the work flowing. Some of the skills he’s gained over his tenure include bindery, cutting, folding, and perforating/scoring. Doug’s favorite parts of working at Digital Dog Direct are the people he works with and the camaraderie surrounding holidays and birthdays (which may or may not also include the delicious food everyone brings in!).

Outside of work he enjoys bike riding and photography, going to car shows, and keeping his mind sharp with puzzle games. He loves his wife of 24 years, his children (Jon, Zack, and Brittini), his daughter-in-law Yun Ni, and his dogs Bella and Coco.

July 2017: Mark VonJaglinsky, Variable Data Programmer

Before joining Digital Dog Direct in December 2015, Mark attended High Point University in North Carolina to study exercise science, but soon decided that his real passion lied in graphic design. He switched majors and soon received his degree in design, which serves him well at Digital Dog Direct—he is able to prep any artwork to make it print-ready!

In fact, he always takes on anything handed to him, managing a variety of print work every day. He enjoys being able to see both sides of the work that comes in—appreciating the design intent and then honoring that while making the art print-ready. Because Mark is so hands-on, he interacts with all departments at Digital Dog Direct, one of his favorite parts of the job.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys concerts, movies, disc golf, and video games. He also spends time with his family, including his two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels Holly & Rusty.

March 2017: Travis Peters, Account Executive

Travis started working at Digital Dog Direct two years ago and has become an integral member of our customer service team. His dedicated, hands-on approach to all of his work ensures that he is a step ahead of the clients’ needs. He works as a client liaison by communicating with our IT and Production teams to manage projects from start to finish — from quoting to drop date. Fellow employees enjoy his upbeat attitude, and he’ll be the first to tell you that it’s the people he works with that he enjoys most.

Before working at DDD, Travis was an actor in New York City (catch him in Boardwalk Empire and August Rush!). Originally from Wyoming, Travis came to New Jersey after joining the air force. These days he spends time playing bass and guitar in his band, The DeFused, sometimes to raise money for his favorite local charity event, Rock 4 Paws, presented by Paw It 4ward. Otherwise he’ll be by the side of his own dog, Jaxon, and wife, Jessica.

IT Director Digital Dog DirectOctober 2016: Jay Adcock, Information Technologies Director

In 2000, Jay started working at SHM Mailers. Since he started in that small office with just two printers, Jay has been integral in building the entire IT infrastructure, server network, and arsenal of equipment at what is now Digital Dog Direct. He oversees a team of 12 variable data programmers and print production technicians, and has proudly kept all of DDD’s IT network and support in house, something not often seen at companies of our size. Of other notable achievements, Jay has upheld and spearheaded our commitment to data security as well as speed and efficiency (increasing our ability to print 5,000 pages a shift to 500,000 pages a shift!). There is no challenge Jay is afraid to tackle, helping DDD continue to grow and be a leader in the industry. Despite his hectic schedule, Jay is never too busy to spend time with his 7 year old daughter—especially if it’s for one of their jam sessions; he is currently teaching her to play the drums.

Andrew PaulikasJuly 2016: Andrew Paulikas, Variable Data Programmer

Andrew has always had an interest in computer science. He’s worked in computer repairs for both national chains and privately owned businesses, plus has sales experience in electronics. He joined the team at Digital Dog Direct in July 2015, originally working as a technician in the print room. After 6 months, he was promoted to the position of variable data programmer. The experience Andrew gained in the print room, working with the final products and production team, aided his transition to and overall understanding of the data programmer position he now holds. Over the past year, Andrew has most enjoyed the culture and environment of working at DDD.

Before studying computer science at Mercer County Community College, Andrew studied aviation. His last experience in a plane, however, was not behind the wheel—it was jumping out the door for his first skydiving experience.

Diane is one of the many talented members that makes up the Digital Dog Direct team. Diane started working for DDD in September of 2015 and has made an immediate impact within the accounting department, invoicing, end-of-month closings, and other billing responsibilities. The thing she enjoys most about working on DDD’s accounting team is the fact that her work is very detail-oriented. With a background in construction management and years of experience working as an accountant for a utility contractor, her professional skills and teamwork mentality are right at home with Digital Dog Direct. When Diane is not making magic happen with numbers, she enjoys spending time at the beach in Spring Lake, NJ, with her two daughters, Megan and Jacqueline.

March 2016: Joe Arico, Variable Data Programmer

Joe is one of the many DDD team members that makes magic happen behind the scenes as part of our IT department. For the last 2 years, Joe has been working with our clients’ large data sets to organize important information and ensure that jobs are completed correctly and on time. In addition to working with data, Joe also works with prepping art for print, quality assuring proofs and managing overall job execution. Before joining the DDD team, Joe refined his printing expertise by graduating from Mercer County Community College with a degree in Illustration and working in various print shops throughout the New Jersey area. If you can’t find Joe bustling around DDD’s office, you’ll likely find him relaxing on a beach in Wildwood, NJ or spending time with his girlfriend and her two daughters, Taylor and Carlie.

February 2016: Michelle Lamoreaux, Receptionist Michelle

When you walk into DDD’s office, Michelle will be the first smiling face you see. In addition to greeting people at the front desk, she’s in charge of taking calls, organizing postal statements, entering data, and helping to manage invoices. Her favorite part of working at DDD is the positive and motivated atmosphere that everyone who works here contributes to. After getting his start helping to maintain and fix our powerful machines, Dave has become DDD’s jack-of-all-trades, helping with anything and everything that is thrown his way. From organizing and executing deliveries to verifying outgoing mail orders to managing inventory, Dave does it all. In addition to being a vital part of Digital Dog’s daily operations, it was also revealed at this year’s holiday party that Dave is a very skilled bowler! When Dave is not acting as Digital Dog Direct’s go-to guy, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kristine and his three kids, Alyssa, Brian, and Jaden.

October 2015: Courtney Dreessen, Variable Data Programmer courtney-dreessen

Courtney joined Digital Dog Direct 4 years ago. Her knack for solving brainteasers and bachelor’s degree in fine art (Georgian Court University, Lakewood, NJ) lend to her fantastic eye for layout, detail, and editing. At the office, Courtney performs data processing and color matching, works with our digital presses, and communicates with other team members. She enjoys the work because every project is unique, challenging her to hone her skills and grow in her career. When it comes to going through your mail at home or at work, you’ve probably seen a project that Courtney has worked on at Digital Dog Direct. But if you’d like to see more of her work, visit a local art gallery or flip through her Alma Mater’s magazine — you’ll probably see one of her beautiful oil paintings of flowers or landscapes.

In a normal day, Dwayne handles data, layout, color manipulation, quality control, and more—working with his team to ensure the best possible finished product for our clients. At his home in Ewing, NJ, Dwayne enjoys reading, movie-watching, and screen writing (his not-so-secret hobby). He enjoys all genres of writing, but is meticulous no matter the style.

She is Digital Dog Direct’s resident baker and enjoys sewing and time spent with her friends and family.

While not many of our clients interact one-on-one with Jenn, she plays a huge role in Digital Dog Direct’s success by keeping our internal administration on point. Jenn handles everything from accounts receivable to payroll, and from human resource administration to postage reconciliation. The part she enjoys most about juggling a variety of tasks is that it allows her to work with every department in the company. Her talent stretches beyond the DDD walls—Jenn has been playing the accordion for over 10 years and is a member of the Accordion Pops Orchestra, the largest accordion orchestra on America’s east coast! Jenn has been with Digital Dog Direct since July of 2008.

Diane is literally the face of Digital Dog Direct. She is the first person you see as you enter our building, and her smile always makes everyone feel welcome — customers and employees alike. Diane’s title and job description don’t come close to conveying the many “hats” she wears or the impact she has on so much that we do as a company. On a typical day you can find her coordinating conference calls, preparing mail statements and drop-ship paperwork, managing office supplies, and even planning trucking schedules! Reluctantly, there is a period of time each day that we have to share Diane with her amazing husband Dwayne and lovely daughter Melissa. Diane and her family reside in Lawrenceville, NJ.

Here are a few things you might not know about Jose: His wife is a saint. No one else could put up with his long work days, extended commute, and endless phone calls and emails when he is not at work! He doesn’t have a middle name. He is an avid golfer and camper.
