Joel Geer joined Digital Dog Direct in November 2003, bringing extensive experience in production and warehouse management. As Production Manager, he oversees all aspects of production to ensure every project meets the company’s standards for quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Known for his hands-on approach.

His coordination of daily operations in Digital Dog Direct’s busy production department is key to maintaining smooth workflows and consistent quality. Joel enjoys the collaborative environment—especially getting to work alongside his wife, Jen Barletta-Geer, Director of Client Services. They live in Bordentown, NJ, and can often be found at a Yankees game or playing softball.
