Joel Geer joined Digital Dog Direct in November 2003, bringing extensive experience in production and warehouse management. As Production Manager, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and delivered on schedule. His hands-on leadership style and strong understanding of workflow management play a critical role in maintaining the high quality standards our clients expect.

Joel coordinates daily activity across the production floor, balancing schedules, resources, and quality control to keep operations running smoothly. His practical approach and attention to detail help drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the department.
